Specialist of plastic injection for over 30 years, Serviplast is continuing the development of its machinery. A policy of constant investments which allows the company to incorporate the technological developments of its sector.
26 injection molding machines, from 22 to 300 tons
With the acquisition of this new 300 tons injection machine, Serviplast adds a twenty six machine to its machinery. Up to now, the machine range was covering a tonnage from 22 to 260 tons.
In order to accept projects with large volumes or needing a higher pressure, the expansion of the machinery was required. This new machine allows also to increase the possibilities of multi-cavities molds. This way we can guarantee to our customers the best solutions to reach the best production cost to their plastic pieces.
A high technology machine
For economical and environmental reasons, we chose an electrical inject press : reduction of the electrical and water consumption and reduced maintenance thanks to a lack of oil. More compact, the new press is also more quiet. Equiped with a system of double threaded screws to reduce the plastification period, she also offers a higher repetitiveness.
Because of its technological progress, this new machine also allows Serviplast to integrate even more the development of the industry 4.0. Available remotely, all the production indicators permit to optimize the processes.
The programming is also facilitated thanks to the integration of the robot control to the machine board.
